We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, through analytics tools described below.

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site to function and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data such as page views and session duration. GA4 data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. You may opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

  • Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics
  • Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure

We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

5. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Aptus Grow does not collect or store your credit card or payment card details. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you will be directed to Stripe's secure payment interface. Your use of Stripe's payment services is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations:

  • Demo request data is retained in our email inbox until the request is resolved or you ask us to delete it.
  • Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes.
  • Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' data retention settings (default: 14 months).

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: request deletion of your personal information ("right to be forgotten").
